Search by 'customer'/'domain name'/'*@domain.com'?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Setting up service desk reports

I'm trying to build reports by customer - so trying to filter by 'customer name' / 'domain name' / '*@domain.com', but can't... can you help please?

It's not direct, but we've figured something out by using the hidden "company name" field.
