Scroll Bars on Home Page in Confluence

I have a web home page that has a many different macros but there are scroll bars with arrows on both sides of the double column setup we have. There is no scrolling in the home page and the scroll bars are just sitting there crowding the real estate of the home page. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to remove the scroll bars without affect the rest of the home page.

Can you give us some screen shots of the page with the scroll bars?
