Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir sind gerade dabei unser Jira-Server umzuziehen und haben Probleme dabei das Plugin ScriptRunner zu installieren. Wir haben das Produkt lizenziert und es ist auch unter "Purchased add-ons" aufgelistet, dennoch können wir es nicht installieren. Können Sie mir dabei helfen?

Can you give me more details on how it doesn't install? Perhaps messages from the server log file. Also, if you see it in UPM then it must be installed.
