Script runner -> Built in scripts -> Copy custom field values

Hi,

We are attempting to copy custom field values, but none of the below custom fields (filter below) can be located, the error -> "Cannot find source field" is always returned.

SELECT * FROM jiradb.customfield where CUSTOMFIELDSEARCHERKEY = 'com.keplerrominfo.jira.plugins.usergrouppicker:kgrp_userpickersearcher';

Current installed script runner version = 3.0.7, is the source custom field type supported in the copy operation?

It only supports certain types of fields... fields from plugins are generally not supported.

You can probably make the change in the database, speak to the fine people at Kepler to check.
