Script Runner - send custom email - set UTF-8 encoding for attachment name

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to set UTF-8 encoding for the name of attachments in email? Have Cyrillic letters in the name of the file. For example a text file called: "Гейман Н. - Океан в конце дороги (2013)" . After the email was send to specific email address the name of the file gets wrong formatted: "590= . - 50= 2 =F5 4@38 (2013)".

Can anyone help with this issue?

Thanks in advance!
