Script Runner Send Custom Email Not Working

I've installed the script runner JIRA plugin.  I've been able to test out the "send custom" email script from the admin screen and the condition evaluates to 'true'.

I've taken these same parameters and added them to my workflow transition post function.  However, I'm not seeing the email in the mail queue and in the logs I'm seeing the following warning:

2014-09-09 20:09:51,259 Thread-7762 WARN atlasadmin 1209x70214x1 1sq7w5f 172.30.37.4 /secure/WorkflowUIDispatcher.jspa [canned.workflow.postfunctions.SendCustomEmail] No mail server or sending disabled.

The wierd thing is I'm able to send test emails.  Here's are the versions I'm using:

JIRA v6.2.1
Script Runner v2.1.17

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just had to enable my outgoing mail (Admin > System > Outgoing Mail > Enable..):)  I didn't check it originally because I thought I had already configured it.

Everything works great!  Very nice plugin!

Just a note... I just upgraded the plugin to v3.0.5 but am still getting the same warning.
