Screen config by Issue type - need Epic/Theme label on all

In my current config the Epic/Theme tag field appears in jira/GH screens for two tasks types but not for other task types or for sub-tasks

I'd like it to appear for all but can't find what is selectively making it available for the two task types only

Please help

I'm using Jira v4.1.1 (and upgrading is not an option at the mo)
