Satisfaction survey for tickets - how to?

Hi All,

we have a project for internal service desk and the project lead wants to implement a satisfaction survey for each tickets. In more details: when the ticket of a user has been resolved, then they could have an opportunity to fill a 5 question survey (checkboxes, 1-5 rating, etc.). Is there a solution in JIRA for this? Or a special plugin especialy for this?

currently it cannot do this but, you can create custom fields to show this on a ticket or use the issue collectors
