Satisfaction survey does not display more than 1 week

Satisfaction survey does not display more than 1 week any more I want to find the customer satisfaction results for the last 30 days

We actually have this same issue. The box to select your time period as shown in the official Atlassian Documentation here:

Simply does not exists. Can we get some attention to this?
