Same user on different cloud sites

My company uses a JIRA site (<company>.atlassian.net. We're adding a new site for a specific project and I'd like to use same users on that new site (<project>.atlassian.net).

I used my own user to create the site already.

Is it possible to add existing users to the new site?

How can I do it?
