This morning a single Jira user lost the ability to view comments and the "..." more? button is disabled while using Safari. Logging out of Jira and back in and restarting the browser didn't help. Also, when adding a comment it was opening a separate comment screen. We found that he is fine when using Firefox.
He is still using the old Jira interface. Other Safari users were still seeing comments. We have a Jira cloud instance. I'm rather new to Jira and I'm curious if there is anything there is anything other than the audit log that I could use for troubleshooting?
