SSL-access to jira does not work

After the installation I can access JIRA via port 8080 but unfortunately it does not work ssl-secured.

so HTTP works, HTTPS generates the following errormessage in ssl_error_rx_record_too_long.

How can I solve this?

That usually means your SSL certificates are incorrect, or you're using the wrong certificate authority or type.  Check all the cert settings!
