SSL Certs on Crucible/fisheye, Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo

I am new to the Atlassian tool set and I would like to use our SSL cert on Crucible/fisheye, Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo.

01. Do I need to configure each tool for the certs?

02. Is there an official setup, or at least a good how-to you could point me to.

Thanks in Advance,

Rick
