SOS - How to you get their support to reply ASAP???

We need to recover a project that was deleted by mistake. We need it ASAP! we have a release that need the info from Jira. 

No one is replying to us from their support and I made the call before 4:15PM PST.

 

Any tips????

Start with a bit more detail.

Also bear in mind this place is a forum for end-users like you and I and it is NOT support.  There are no SLAs, response targets or obligations here.  People respond when they can, and when they think they might be able help.

So.

  • What backups are you doing on your system?
  • Cloud, server or data centre? (if server or DC, what version?)
  • What support have you asked for (and what do you think you have) when you say "No one is replying to us from their support and I made the call before 4:15PM PST"?
