SLA not showing in Kanban

Hi all,

 

I have a question regarding the Kanban board.

 

At the moment, not all SLA´s are being shown in the Kanban board. Some are there, but the majority is still missing.

The 3 options that are set up in the card layout are:

- Specify

- Customer

- Offer to customer (here the SLA´s are usually shown)

 

Can someone point out what the problem could be?
