SLA not appearing on Jira Service Desk customer portal

We could not able to see SLA in customer portal even after configuring it in Extension for JIRA Service desk addon

There is no built-in support for showing SLA in portal. It seems you're using a feature from 3rd party plugin Extensions for JIRA Service Desk. I would suggest to go through the plugin's support (ie: add the tag addon-com.intenso.jira.plugins.jsd-extender to your question)
