SLA and Reporting

Hi Team,

If issue has been moved from one project to another , Whether it can be seen as sum of both the times (time it got created in one project to the time it is there in 2nd project) in the Form of report or SLA or any other matric that total time taken for issue is (Time taken in project 1 + project 2)

Hi Boris,

 

Yes in service desk I wish to have addition of SLA defined in both the projects (in which issue was earlier and in which issue has moved)

Are you talking about in Service Desk? If so, then no. SLAs exist on a per project basis.

If you are using something else, then I think you would report against the times the issue was created, till now.
