Hi all,
I have a very interesting issue with Jira SLA's. In one project the SLA shows as correct value for reaction, such as for example 3h. On another SD it shows weeks, while the SLA is 72h.
Both projects use 9/5 calendars. The first with our own GMT, the second with GMT+10.
What makes that difference? I want to show the correct value of 72h for the second SD as well.
