SASL external bind for LDAP connections

Hi,

I'm working on connecting a jira instance into an openldap directory. This directory uses SASL external authentication in order to view some of the information about a particular user (I.E. ldap groups).

I would like to integrate the ldap groups in with our jira instance, however I can not figure out how to configure jira to use the private key and certificate when connecting to the ldap! Could you help me with where I need to configure jira to use this key and certificate?

Thanks!
Andy Ratliff

Are you getting a specific error? My initial guess is that you need to import your ssl cert into JIRA's keystore
