Rules does not run automatically.

Supriya Gunjal February 25, 2025

Hi,

I have set up 2 rules. One rule checks for time to first response sla and if 30 minutes are remaining, it will send mail. Another one is similar with difference in the time duration, this one sends mail if 10 minutes are left.

First rule runs automatically and works fine. However second one does not run automatically. There are no erros in Audit log of the second one. It only has CONFIG logs.

Please suggest what can be done here. Thank You.

@Supriya Gunjal

Can you share the screen shot of both the rules?

That way folks can understand if there are any obvious problems why the rule is not triggering.

Hi Supriya,

Is the second rule fired as a result of another automation rule running? If so you need to check the box on the Rule details page of the rule and save it.
