We are converting to JIRA Cloud from TFS - all our projects will be in the cloud. We have created a project template with the following roles: Administrator, atlassian-addons-project-access, developers.
It's the atlassian-addons-project-access role is causing a bit of confusion. I have read that this role is added with the cloud add-on. Is this the only role that can work with the cloud projects? Is it the role name or a permission in the role that allows access to the cloud projects? Do I create a new role or clone the atlassian-addons-project-access role for a browse-only role for our cloud projects, for instance?
Hi @Charles Rush ,
I believe that this user is needed to get addon working on Cloud, you can have a look at the explanation from Atlassian here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/02/add-on-permissions-update
Let me know if this helps,
