Roadmaps: Can't find "Group By" under "View Settings"

I'm really wanting to use labels as folders to group my epics in the (awesome) roadmap feature. The help article here explains how to do it clearly: https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/grouping-by-labels-978213602.html

But.... when I go into "view settings" there is no "group by" as pictured (see my image vs the help desk image). Is this something that the admin has to turn on? Any advice would be great.

Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots.

I can see that you are using the project roadmap on Jira Software Cloud and the documentation you share is from Advanced Roadmaps on Jira Data Center.

On the basic roadmap that is the one you are using, there are few options for filtering. For more information about all the features, please check the documentation below:

I saw that the site you are using has Jira Software Premium where the Advanced Roadmaps are available. 

Please, check the documentation below for more information. This is a separate roadmap and you can access it through the Plans menu.

• Group issues

If you don’t see this option, then please, reach out to your Jira administrator so they can give you the necessary permissions.
