Is there a way to restrict which tickets can be viewed by each user.
End-users = own tickets
Acct Managers = all tickets for the acct
SDM = all tickets for multiple JIRA SD projects i.e. SDM1 looks after clients 1-3, SDM2 looks after clients 3-6
Admin/SD = all tickets
You have to configure the issue security scheme of the project if you want "per-issue" restrictions
