Restrict Editors on a Custom Field.

Hi,

Is it possible for me to restrict who may edit a custom field in a screen which is otherwise open to all?

I have a drop down menu I created, which I would like to be Edit only for a User Group, while all other fields remain open to edit?

Not in a screen.

Your options are either code/add-ons or to move the "edit" action into the workflow where you can use conditions to stop people using the transition that allows the edit action.

absolutely, go to your workflow and in post function restrict what group can edit.
