Resolve issue screen for QA

Hello,

For QA resolve issue screen is not visible.

By default developers having permission to resolve the issue.

I have updated default permission schemes ---> Permissions-->Resolve Issues

and added permission to tester using group,single user and project roles still it is not displaying Resolve screen for Tester.

How can I update it?

Hello Nilophar,

Some things that I recommend you to check:

  • is the workflow with this screen published or just still as draft?
  • are you restricting this transition to specific users, upon using validators?
  • is the Screen Scheme properly associated with your project?
