Resolve date is not reflecting

I've create a new issue type for a specific project. After creating the workflow, whenever the tickets were set to Resolved (Done) status, the resolved date is not reflecting. Any idea?

You need to be sure that you’re setting the Resolution field when moving issues to done. You can either do this automatically via a post function in your workflow or if you want the user to select the value of the resolution then you can add a screen that will pop up when the user is moving in the issue to done. There are a ton of posts in the community about this so you may want to do a little bit of searching to find the details.
