Resolution's not changed when status's changed

Hey Guys, I've got a question about changing the resolution if the issue's reopened and status's changed to correct one  but resolution still has old value . Could you please help me with exact steps to fix this issue

add a post function for the transition "reopen": clear field value, choose resolution and validate...

Hi John,

you have to edit the workflow. Add a workflow post function to the reopen-step that removes the resolution from the issue.
