I am having trouble getting the resolution field to show anything other than Unresolved on an external system import. I am locked into importing over 50k issues 1000 at a time in csv format and I need a solution that can be done without manual manipulation.
That sounds like you're not importing a resolution from your external system. What exactly are you putting in the CSV?
Thanks for the response. I was importing it to a field called Resolution that was a custom field. I have no idea why anyone would have done that but I can't find out who did it. Thanks anyways.
