Hi Atlassian Team,
I add a two line long description in the 'Environment' field and JIRA updated the 'Resolution' of the issue (bug) to Fixed.
After that I can't change it back to Unresolved.
How can I manage this 'Resolution' field?

I suspect you have put the resolution field on the edit screen.
Remove it.
The resolution field should ONLY be put on screens where you are moving from an "open" type status to a "resolved/closed" one.
That will prevent the problem re-occuring. The best way to fix your data is to close and re-open the issue - the re-open transition has "clear resolution" on it (assuming you're using the default workflow)
You can't directly clear the resolution wiht a simple edit though. You need a workflow hange.
