Hello guys,

is it possible to generate a Resolution Time Report for specific Priorities?

For my example: i only want the report for critical issues.

Best regards.

You can customize the Resolution Time Report in JIRA.   This report uses a saved JQL filter for determining what issues show up here.

First you need to create a filter that meets the criteria you need.  To do this you will need to go to the issue navigator, Issues -> Search for Issues.   From there you need to create a filter, if an advanced search I think the JQL would looks something like this:

Project=ABC AND Priority=Highest ORDER BY created DESC

If this returns all the issues you want to see in the report, then save that filter by clicking the "Save as" button up top.   Give this filter a name you will remember, and then in navigate to the project reports.   When you select the Resolution Time Report, there is an option to "Change Filter or Project..."  select this and choose your new saved filter name.  This way when the report runs it will only show you issues that match that saved filter.
