Reset to Default

Hello everyone,

We tried to import a backup from a Jira server version to an OnDeman version and now the Administration options have dissapeared from the menu: http://prntscr.com/45k2ra

I need to run a re-index and I'm not able to do so. Is there a way to have Jira back at how it used to be before I did that import that seems to have corrupted everything? Like reset to default settings?

Hi Constanza,

Reindex can be done from the admin section. That probably solves the issue without rolling back.

I suggest contacting support.atlassian.com for these kind of requests as they have access to the instance and can see what is wrong.
