Require Fields only on specific screen and show them in normal ticket view

I have the use case that we have a Workflow where employees muss fill out specific fields in every step. The fields are Validated and are only present on a specific screen which is used if the transition is triggered. It Works, the fields are Validated, but they are not shown in the normal ticket view. Is there a solution to extend the normal view after every transition?

Thanks!

Simon

You need to add them to the view screen. Empty fields don't appear so they will appear as they are filled in. If you don't already have a separate view screen you'll need to create a screen scheme with one.

JIRA only shows fields with data so unless you put in default values, the fields won't appear in the summary until someone puts data in. So the number of fields displayed will increase as you go through the workflow and adding values which, in essence, gives you a different view for each step

Thx Joe for the hint. But that does not fit our needs perfectly.

Is there a way to create different views for different steps of the workflow? Because the Workflow has 45 Steps and about 150 fields are added and validatet during the process. Is it enough to create a screen that has all fields which are added during the workflow and they will appear in the view, every time we add a field?
