Request to change my email address in my JIRA account

Hello Team, 

Existing JIRA account: trio220720166@gmail.com

Account to be linked: nachiyar@trioangle.com

When I try to change email under the email option from my existing JIRA account it says Pending verification with the below message.
We just need you to check your email nachiyar@trioangle.com and confirm your password to verify it’s you and complete the update.

But in the email, it says as below 
Your email change request could not be processed because nachiyar@trioangle.com is already associated with another Atlassian account.

I would request you to help me change my email from trio220720166@gmail.com to nachiyar@trioangle.com as soon as possible.
