Request participants

Hello,

we tested it now, but when i give a customer user to the Request participants field, so the customer does not see this request in 'My requests'  do we have to change something more?

try making sure that there is a valid request type on the right hand side of the request under "Service Desk request" and "Request Type"

Hello,

so i see now where is the difference - when i create an issue in JIRA on the service desk without using the customer portal, and i add the user to the request participants field, he/she will not see the request / issue...
