Reports

Petr A September 16, 2020

Hi there!
I need to make special reports, which will unclude attachments from the issue (jpeg f.e.). May be export that reports to pdf or excel, is it possible?
The secong question is also about reports, need 2 reports: to calculate the average request time to resolution and how long did it take in relation to the deadline. Is it possible in Jira too?:)

Thanks who knows!

Hi @Petr A ,

For your second question, you can try Status Time app. It provides various reports and one of them is average status time. You can group the report by issue creation month and get average resolution time per month.

See the online demo or preconfigured average report url of the demo.

Hope it helps.

Hello @Petr A

You can try 2 add-ons:

Time in Status for Jira Cloud calculates the time in statuses or in status groups. Also, you will have the ability to monitor data in Graphs view and export in the pdf file.

Time between Statuses could help to calculate how long did it take in relation to the deadline. And you can export data as XLSX or CSV file

You can try and decide which one fits you better!

Also, read more about built-in reports here:https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/generate-a-report/

I hope it helps.

Best regards, Mariana.

Hi @Petr A ,

For your first question, one solution can be Better PDF Exporter, which can export your issue to PDF and also include the file attachments of the issue.
See an example here:
