Reporting in JIRA Service Desk. Not getting correct response violation ticket ??

I have created simple report with series

1. Total ticket by component

2. Total ticket response violation

3. Total ticket resolution violation

4. Total ticket with Escalated to L2

But while creating Response violation not getting correct result, while in jira queues search getting proper result.

Report query tested mentioned below.

Report1 = Series - Created, JQL - component=XYZ and responce=everbreach()

Report2=Series - Response Breach, JQL - component=XYZ

Please help ??
