Report showing percentage of tickets done by a team across various projects

We have several teams that work together across multiple projects. Is there a way to generate a report that will:

  • show the % of tickets completed by member of a team or a particular sub-team across multiple projects
  • ideally, we could break it down by each team member and/or time period

Hello @Aga Bailey

Thank you for reaching out.

The best option to display the percentage of resolved tickets by each assignee/member would be the dashboard gadgets Issue statistics or Two dimensional filter statistics, however, the first option only has a single dimension (Assignee or status), while the second one displays the number of issues and not the percentage - There is a feature request to consider the percentage option in the future releases.

For now here are the options we have to achieve your goal:

  1. Configure a JQL filter to return only the resolved issues of your team from the relevant projects, then use the gadget Issue statistics to return the percentage of issues (Resolved issues) for each assignee:

  2. Configure a JQL filter to return all the issues from the relevant projects, then use the gadget Two dimensional filter statistics to return the issue number on each status for each assignee, manually calculating the percentage using external software (E.G: Google Sheets):

The creation date and any other details of the tickets can be properly selected in the JQL filter by using the operators and fields suggested on this page.

You can check the documentation below for more information about those gadgets:

Use dashboard gadgets

Let us know if you have any questions about the options provided above.

Thank you @Petter Gonçalves ! This is very helpful!
