Report for selective developers.

I would like to create status report (It can be Pie chart OR two dimensional chart) for selective developers as team size is big and i am interested in only the people who reports to particular team-lead. 

Report can be for example: No of Bus open,No of Bugs resolved for each of this selected developer.

I am not suppose to use individuals ids in query as individuals may be changing the teams. 

Appreciate your guidance on how we can do this in JIRA.
