Report Jira that includes the commits related

Hi! We need to generate a report with filtering options by project name, issue, date's interval, etc. and that includes the commits related with them. Does anyone knows if exists something like that? If not, do you know if there is an API that could allow us to do it? Thank you very much in advance.
