Hello, I have a following issue:
If someone creates ticket and I reply to a ticket notification email from my account (with the issue.key in the subject), Jira will create a new ticket(issue.key+1).
Then, If I reply in email to this new ticket(issue.key+1), my reply will be added as comment to the ticket.
How can I make it to always add comments instead of creating new issues?
