Reopened issues not visible in my open issues query

When an issues is reopened and the resolution is cleared as a part of this step, the issue is not visible in the my open issues query (assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved). IS there something else that needs to be done to make these visible in this query?

if you search that issue by issuekey what appears into Assignee and Resolution column?
