I'm testing JIRA Service Desk and i find it is wonderfull. But i have this questions.
Wenn an angent closed the issues and the user comment this, i will, that this issu get the status "reopen". I have read, that this is not a standard fetaure and i must install an add on. I install the automation add on, but i'm to booring to configure it. What musst i configure, that die issues get the new status?
