Reopen Issue resolution not clear in issue list

Hi:

I had added the post function at reopen transtation.

When I reopen issue, the resolution is Unresolved at detail page.

But the resolution in issue list page still Fixed?

Why?

“The Resolution of the issue will be cleared. ” Post function must be first place.

Hi,

Can you reindex JIRA & see if the resolution shows the same both on View Issus & Filter page.

If this resolves your problem, then there is index problem.

Check if you have added any custom postfunction at the Reopen tranistion & it might be creating the problem.
