I’m looking to add an extra layer to my maintenance protocol for our three store locations. Each location requires multiple routine maintenance tasks, which occur at different times throughout the year and at varying intervals.
For example, if I know I have a fire suppression inspection scheduled for one location in November, I’d like to set it to automatically recur each year around the same time or on a specific date. Is that something we can set up?
I’d like to incorporate routine maintenance into the platform so that any issues that arise later can be linked to the already-created recurring maintenance tickets. This would help improve communication and accountability, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are consistently addressed.

You can use the native Automation feature to create issues at scheduled date/times or intervals. Are you familiar with the Automation feature.
