Removing users

I am attempting to remove this user. however I receive this error message below when deleting him. What do I need to do in order to successfully remove this user?

Hi Vivek

Atlassian don't recommend you deleting a user, we recommend you deactivating it. In order to do it, just remove the user groups and it will not be counted against the license anymore.

If still you want to remove this user, first you need to delete this user comments.
