We did a trial for Harvest Time (add-on), but decided against it and went with a different time tracker. But Harvest Time is still showing up in our system as a system administrator. I am an administrator, but when I go to delete addon_harvest as a user, it tells me that I can't modify a system administrator.
In OnDemand you don't have system administrator privileges, so you won't be able to delete that user, however it does not take up a license seat. I would recommend contacting the vendor to determine if it's a bug that the user remained, though first you might want to see if you can go to Manage Add-Ons and ensure the Add-On has been removed/disabled.
Thanks David. Yes, the Add-on has been disabled, but I will make sure it has been fully removed. I'll also contact Harvest. Appreciate the help!

I had the same effect using the "who s looking"-addon. After disabling it, the administrator user remained. Atlassian Support told me the addon-User is not removed by default.

Hi Jenny,
you should be a system administrator to modify system administrator user.
There are two different grades for administration in jira: administrator and system administrator.
If you've lost control to system administrator account totally - please follow guide https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Retrieving+the+JIRA+Administrator
Also I saw you tagged ondemand - so you have to contact support and they will remove system admin.
Regards
