Removing features from the side panel

We are creating a project to replace the CS ticketing system that is already being used by our CS team.   We want to remove the APPS from the visible side panel as those programs are not needed nor will they be used by our CS agents.   Without installing these apps from the whole platform, is there any way to change the look of this panel on just a single project?

You can't remove those, those are apps that are installed on you instance, and in the majority of the cases when it comes to apps they cannot be configured to a subset of projects. The only thing I can recommend is to contact the app vendor and suggest that they add a feature that allows you to select the projects that the app should be available for.

Thank you!  I thought that was the case but I wanted to be sure I hadn't missed something.
