We have only one customer portal in JIRA Service Desk.  On the portal home page, there are two links back to the main "Help Center": one in the upper left, and one just above the title of the portal.

Since we have only one portal, the help center doesn't really serve a purpose and is actually a bit confusing.  It took me a while to figure out what the difference between the two pages was, and I imagine that users could be confused too.  I'm also struggling to come up with a name for the help center that help clarify.  Is there any way to just remove the help center links from the portal?

Thanks!

Hi Susan,

It's something that has been requested for a while, but it's not officially supported yet...there's an open ticket about it:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1547

There seems to be a workaround using CSS:
