Remove line from re-opened ticket

closed ticket then reopened ticket but line is still there. How do I remove line through ticket #.

Your workflow is missing a post-function on "re-open" to say "clear resolution".

The resolution field should always be cleared when going from a "closed" type status into a "needs more work" type status.
