Remove comment field in ticket evaluation (JSM).

Hello, community friends!

I would like some help, is it possible to remove the "comment" field or remove its mandatory?

When the user receives the notification to classify the incident, it opens the previous evaluation (stars) on the screen and at the time of validation it is not possible to proceed without some character or filling in the field.

@Laurent Souza Ferreira That is how the delivered product works and you are not able to change it or remove the comment field.  You can submit an enhancement request to Atlassian asking for this feature.  I was not able to find one here:!%3D%20Done%20and%20summary%20~%20%22satisfaction%22
